I thought you may like to to hear about the progress of one of your previous students. I have been working with Fern since last ayer and she recently completed a retail Pre-Employment project with us which involved work experience at John lewis.

Fern did so well with them and achieved amazing sales in the home goods dept that they offered her a Christmas temp job. When this ended in the New year they promised to get in touch with her when they had more hours as they wanted her back. Fern found out yesterday that they had offered her a 20 hour's a week contract which is amazing.

Fern has had to deal with many challenges in her life and has overcome these to gain a job with a prestigious employer. She now feels able to put her past behind her and move on with her life and speaks highly of the support she received from Respect4us.
