Other Members of Staff;
Denise SmithDenise has been at Respect from the start. She is a very good listener and gets involved in all the activities the young people do. She is especially good at art, craft and cooking and has a level 2 award in food safety for catering. Denise has been trained in Child Protection and is the trusted adult; she passes on information about our young people to the other staff. She is also trained in behaviour management, first aid and positive handling. Denise also has a level 3 PTTLS qualification. Denise is successful in engaging and motivating young people who are switched off from conventional schooling. Amongst her achievements has been leading a group to the finals of the Princes Trust Food Challenge.
